01. Account Eligibility & Security
Users must provide true, accurate, and verifiable information during registration. Each individual is restricted to one primary verified account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and transaction security codes.
- Account access through unauthorized third-party scripts or scrapers is strictly prohibited.
- Multi-accounting for duplicate bonus claiming will result in immediate asset forfeiture.
- Suspicious or anomalous logins will trigger an automated 24-hour security withdrawal lock.
02. Trading & Order Execution Rules
Btcminex operates a decentralized order-matching and quantitative trend forecasting engine. Price feeds are streamed directly from global institutional liquidity providers (Binance, OKX, Bybit aggregate data).
Contract settlements are automated according to real-time candle close prices. Arbitrage manipulation, latency exploitation, or market spoofing are classified as malicious conduct and subject to immediate account liquidation.
03. Deposits, UPI & Crypto Settlements
All deposits must originate from payment instruments legally registered in the account holder’s own name:
- Automated UPI Deposits: Users must pay the exact fractional unique amount generated on the payment screen to guarantee instant algorithmic crediting.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20): Transfers require 12 network block confirmations before availability. Btcminex is not liable for assets sent via unsupported protocols.
- Deposits tagged as third-party, laundered, or fraud-associated will be frozen pending bank compliance review.
04. Withdrawals & Verification
To protect investor capital, withdrawal requests are audited against Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Withdrawals are processed within the posted settlement windows (Standard processing: 10 minutes to 2 hours). Minimum and maximum thresholds apply per user VIP tier.
05. Limitation of Liability
Btcminex, its founders, and node operators do not provide personal financial or investment advisory services. Digital asset trading carries inherent volatility. Under no circumstances shall the platform be held liable for trading losses incurred due to general market fluctuations or internet provider connectivity failure.
