  • Automated Scraping & Flooding: Unauthorized bot bombardment, denial of service (DoS), or stress testing of trading microservices.
  • Sybil & Multi-Account Abuse: Creating synthetic referral loops or multiple identities to harvest first-deposit promotions or red envelope bonuses.
  • Financial Laundering: Layering illicit proceeds through rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without genuine trading turnover.

02. Enforcement & Legal Remedies
